Help With Dual Monitors!!!

ok so i have a Asus motherboard and i have a radeon x1300 video card and im trying to get dual monitors to work but for some reason they wont. the AGP is set as the primary card but when i plug my monitor into it, it wont work. it only works when i have the monitor plugged into the video card. I dont know what to do i tried going into the BIOS and well i messed around with a few things and nothing seemed to work. so please let me know what i can do.

wait are you trying to say you want to plug one monitor in your motherboard and one into your card b/c if that is what you are trying to do it wont work. does the radeon x1300 have both vga and dvi? get a dvi to vga converter if it does.

I have a ASUS motherboard too w/ a NVIDIA graphics card. I could never get mine to work either. For some reason my mobo won't let me use my integrated video as well as my graphics card. I also looked in the BIOS and found nothing... ?!?! Good luck!

once you put a video card in, the video on the motherboard stops working. it basically disables it.
