Help with gfx starting...

hello i want to start learning and working with gfx stuff but i don't nkow how to start does anyone have a few websites to help learn with oike tutorials or says what i should make... i know a little photoshop but i'm thinking animation/gfx (anime/games) type... starting to learn.....
