Every time I plug something in to one of my usb ports, a blue screen pops up and says that its shutting down to protect my computer because it tried to execute a non-executable memory. It suggests to re-install the program, but when I go into the control panel, it won't allow me to remove anything. I'm not very techy and I'm completely stumped as to what to do. Please help!
