Help with Microsoft Outlook and Windows Live

I have started to use Microsoft Outlook, with the Windows Live mail, however it seems to have taken all 850 messages from my Live mail and put them all in Microsoft Outlook, this is not what I wanted.

When ever I send a mail now it to my internet live.com mail and then after a few minutes to disappears and gets trasferred to my Microsoft Outlook.

How can I get my message back in my live account and stop this problem?

The other problem is that only those messages in my inbox transferred and not all the mails I had in folders.

When you mention windows live mail, are you referring to the software that you can download to manage your emails? Or are you meaning the Web Based Windows Live Service?
