Help with MP4 formating?

So I have a great mp4 converting software for my ipod but here is my issue. video ts. How do I take all the video ts files and put them together? What I mean is when it converts it to mp4 it converts each individual video ts file and I want to just have one large movie to covert verse the 20 ts files. Thanks.

Use windows movie maker and make them one

dvdfab can convert it to one file. you can also pic which chapters to convert as well.
