Help with my ' ACER Aspire 5830tg-6626

Hello, i have a problem with my laptop.

Whenever i'm watching videos, playing games, or anything graphic related it seems to have that laggy feeling at some points. Sometimes it's perfect and doesn't lag at all but other times it decides to become very laggy.

At first i thought it was a driver issue so i searched and updated everything, that didn't work so i thought it was a internet issue so i tried on my desktop and had no issues. Reformatted then updated all drivers and still the same thing. I even went into nvidea settings and made my laptop always use my video card and never rely on my integrated card.
 
okay, lets try something that may help. hit Control-Alternate-Delete and go to Task Manager. Look at how high your CPU usage is when it starts lagging. There is an app for the desktop if you have vista or 7 to do the same thing. I know when I was folding on my CPU everything, even facebook, got laggy. You may have something running in the background eating up your CPU power.
