Help with my friend?

My friend wants to play some games on his computer but it just can't handle them.. I don't know what exactly he wants to play, I know he plays Rift, WOW, Minecraft and such, and he'll probably want to play games similar to Skyrim.

His budget is U.S. $80 so I don't know which direction to go, I was thinking GPU is the most important right now but I'm not sure. What do you think?

Thanks a lot guys!

Gonna have to increase the budget a little. He'll need a new video card and a power supply. However, It would be beneficial for him to save money and build a new system. He has an HP computer that he can't upgrade processor on.

Yeah, I'm aware of that, but he literally CAN'T afford anything more. I'm just asking what upgrade would be the most beneficial to him right now, he might be able to stretch it to $100 though... How do you know he needs a new PSU?

i do not trust geeks at all. I have been cheated by them before.

Not to take away business though. That PSU is a no name company. He needs to get one from a quality company like Corsair, Antec, PCPAC, Seagate, NZXT, Silverstone, or XFX.
