Help with my pc.....

I downloaded 3DMark 2003 and ran the tests, got a final score of only 7759(at 1024x768), and i don't think that's very good for my setup.....also, my CPU score is only 1023. I think it could be Windows XP slowing my PC down with spyware and bugs,,,,but iv ran AdAware tests and deleted all the spyware with no improvement in Score-could it be something that AdAware is not finding?? Any other ideas of why my score is so low? I think iv got all the latest drivers so cant be that.

Oh, also, i just changed my DDR2 latencies from 5-5-5-15 to 4-4-4-12, everset shows that my memory benchmark has improved but i dunno,,,,maybe im being paranoid but i think my pc is running a little slower.....????
