Help with my problem!!!

Ok so I made a thread about 3-5 months ago about my faulty 8800gts 320mb and well I failed at trying to bring it back with the putting it in the oven method since it was artifacting (whatever you call that where the screen has a bunch of red lines through it) and since then my ocz ram went bad so the computer sat there for about 1 month with no use before I rma'd the ram. I finally got the ram on friday and put it in thinking it would solve my problem (I had the BSOD that said Driver Irql not less or equal.) So now i put in the ram and my computer won't boot up. I tried switching the ram around into different modules and i tried 1 stick at a time ( I have 2x1gb ddr2) and nothing. All the fans spin, hdd, lights go on but their is no signal to the monitor. I tried resetting the Cmos and nothing. Usually on my computer when it boots there is a beep but i don't hear it on this computer. Could it be that my power supply is bad? That's 2 things that have gone bad and now my computer won't boot. It's either the power supply or the motherboard but the power supply fan makes a horrible sound when the fan starts to spin. I don't have another computer to test the Ram or video card but I really don't think that's the problem. Any suggestions on what else I should try? I am truly stumped. I was looking at this and have only tried 2 of the suggested things to do. (http://en.kioskea.net/forum/affich-35484-monitor-gets-no-signal-computer-won-t-boot)
I do have an extra computer with another power supply that i might swap to test the one on my main rig but that's all i can really test at the moment. any help or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Oh one more thing the computer with the problem is in my signature. The power supply is the 600 watt that came with the coolermaster case.

One more thing I forgot to add...also since my video card went out I have also had to go and use one of my older 40gb ide hdd's since the 250gb sata also stopped working. The problem with that is that it stopped spinning.

Alright so I was reading and figured out that the blue screen was due to something with the chipset...i reinstalled and it now turns on fine (i'm using it right now) there is only one problem now...I just rma'd my ocz ram and got 2 new sticks but it seems that only 1 stick works. I tried the working stick in all of the slots and the computer turns on fine....it tried it with the other one and it wont post...all the fans spin and the lights go on but it just won't post...before I rma'd my last set this is exactly what happened (1 stick would work in all slots and and 1 wouldn't work at all) does that just mean I have 1 bad stick again or is their something else wrong?

If anybody was wondering what BSOD I had it was a stop error....IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and that there was something wrong with the jraid.sys file

You may either have a bad motherboard or bad power supply killing your hardware. May have to take it in to have it diagnosed.

Are you sure it could be a motherboard problem? I can try and see if It will work with another power supply but I can't really test the motherboard since I only have 1....everything else works fine...unless that error is motherboard related.
