help with my ssd purchase

Hello all. I just bought a new ssd: eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices
off ebay for my dell latitude d420. The d420 uses a pata zif drive with flat orange ribbon cable. The ssd is a pata zif drive but I did not see it pictured with the ribbon cable. Do all pata zif drives have a ribbon cable? Even if this drive does not have a ribbon cable, will it still work? Please help me, I have not made the payment yet.
 
Of course Dell's specs site doesn't show the hard drive specs that comes with that system, from the replacement guide it looks proprietary though.

Can you link the drive you are trying to buy?

Well from the pitcures it looks very similar, you can see the connector on the SSD on the top in the pitcure they provide. The replacement parts I find for the drive all say 1.8" PATA ZIF, I think it will be ok.
