Hi, I have a Windows 7 professional service pack 1. I got spammed once I connected to a WiFi network. It download so much stuff on my computer that it filled up a Tarabyte. Is their a way to factory reset my computer?
 
I have the Windows 7 disk but when its almost done downloading it, it says that it can't work with my hardware, when I already have it.
 
Did you wipe the partitions before you started? Is it a dell recovery cd or an actual windows 7 install cd?
