this is what I'm looking at. i have one question is the memory any good?
i found a package deal for $629.99 for this setup. I can also get the mb. and cpu. for $559.99.

CPU: Intel Core i7 Processor i7-920 2.66GHz 8MB LGA1366 CPU, Retail

MB: Asus P6T Deluxe Core i7 / Intel X58/ DDR3/ CrossFireX & SLI/ A&2GbE/ ATX Motherboard

memory: MSI X58 Pro Mobo+ STT 6GB Memory Combo STT D3-1333 6GB (3x 2GB) CL8 Triple Channel Memory Kit

lol, if ur a gamer... get a GPU, if not... then why the i7?

also, you need a PSU, HDD, DISCDRIVE!!!!! (MAJOR), and Case...
 
i don't want to have to upgrade for a while. this is why the i7
i run adobe cs4 and adobe light room with large raw files.
i understand i need hdd, psu, diskdrive, case.
i found this stuff and just wanted know if the memory was any good?

6gb is fine, and core i7s are best in the bench marks, but for what you said you do, what GPU are you thinking of getting?
 
i have not found one that looks good to me yet if anyone could recommend one that would be great.
