will this play videos off my computer? and how big is the screen?

If you search around a bit you can find lots of stuff about such hardware

Display: Internal: 262K-color display, 320 x 240 px (2.2-inch)

A phone like that should be able to play videos, but I'm sure they'd have to be shrunk down somewhat. If anything, just so it'd fit on a memory card.

If you REALLY want to play videos on your phone, look into a SmartPhone or PocketPC based device. They are typically the most powerful and should have many other players so different formats are supported.

i was looking at a smartphone but i cant afford the one i want

so it it will play videos sync-ed from my computer? i wont have to pay to download them?

Yes, you can. My dad has a CIngular 8125 with Media Player and a 1 GB Micro SD with some music that he can play. You need to have Activesync to sync to transfer data or if you have Vista like me, you can sync directly.
