Help with opinions buying a new laptop please

Hi all.
I'm about to buy a new laptop, mainly for everyday use, internet, mails, and such. I've seen two candidates which is about the same in cash.
Would anyone give me some advice which is the best.
1. Sony Vaio VPC-EB2S1E/BQ.
2. Acer Aspire 5745G
Would anyone take a few minutes to check the specifications.

The Acer has better specs. Sony has better build quality products. youm choose.
