Help with overclock

I just got the following:

Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H

4670k

Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme

I was on an AMD chip before, and always disabled things like cool n' quiet, C1E, and other things like that to get the best stability. What are some things I should be looking for in this BIOS? It's very different than what I was used to, so I need some help.

Also, would you guys recommend turning off turbo boost? I honestly do not care if my CPU runs at the max ghz all the time.

Edit: so I turned off C1E, C3, C6/7, ESIT, and turbo boost. For some reason, I cannot change my voltage...

In my experience with Sandy Bridge, you don't really need to fiddle with all those settings unless you are pushing very high clocks.
Right now, I have two profiles at 4.4GHz and 4.8GHz.
4.4GHz is 1.275v and 4.8GHz is ~1.4v
No other tweaks done, it's 100% stable and goes to 1.6GHz on idle
Not sure if it changed with the new C-states that Haswell has, but here you go.
