Help with Smartbridge Alert

Hi,
Can any one help me.
On turning my computer on I get the following message:
SmartbridgeAlert:blueyonder istnotifier.exe - entry point not found. The procedure entry point grt processimage filename w could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAP.DLL.
How do I stop it from showing this?
