help with super tight budget build

I am looking to build a really cheap build with everything except OS, Looking AMD. doesnt need to do anything special mainly just be able to run typical user programs. would like 2GB RAM budget is under $300 the cheaper the better without being a waste of money on performance. $250 would be ideal is it possible?

keep those dvd drive, case, and psu, but chenge to this ram, cpu, mobo, and hdd
