scanned documents are suppose to be send over to the user's desktop computers scans folder but it is not doing it anymore. anybody having this problem at home or at work?
Are you using software to do the scanning? or the controls on the scanner itself? Becuase if your using software to do it some where there should be an option to say where scanned docs go.
