help with user on XP

my sister has an account on my PC how do i disable msn messeger from her account and stop her downloading things online?
i also want to disable most of the programs on here as there work related
so basically i want to leave her with microsoft word and internet explorer

First start by limiting her account (limited user) then install a program called 1st Security Agent (try google).After that remove the entry the program made in the start menu from her account.Then run the program.
basically the program can be locked using a password ...Its all a matter of understanding how the program works.Its easy once you've installed it
