help with video card choice

alright, im sure some of u are thinking "weve discussed this topic many times!". well, im sure you have, but getting a good answer sometimes is just better asking the question agian! anyway, as u can probably tell, im new here, and have to ask that simple question agian "help me decide on a video card?". my details, i dont have much in the way of a computer, its a asus a7v333 mobo with an athlon xp 1500+ processor, so i only have agp for the graphics card choice. my computer is ONLY used for internet, music and the main reason i need a new video card, to be able to watch movies on my hd tv. my sis's b/f computer has a video card on his computer, and i hooked it up to my tv (a hitachi 46" rear projection high def), with a dvi to hdmi cable and the picture is awsome! well, im a big ebay shopper, and i only found like three graphic card's proccessor's iin my budjet, an ATI radeon 9550, ati x1550, or nvidia fx5500, all 256mb, agp graphic cards in about the $50+/- category. unless anyone has any other suggestions for an affordable graphics card with dvi out?

ehh...I have ever seen 2600/2400 agp card which is gonna suit you exactly cos it supports hdmovie hardware-decode with a low price.oh,it got a orignal hdmi out so that you dont even need a dvi to hdmi cable either and the picture is gonna rock your world.
 
ya, a bit out of my price range, plu i dont plan on getting a blue-ray player any time soon. im just wondering between the three cards i found, which will be the better one. i really dont need anything more than 256mb ram for a video card or hd movie decoding.
