Help with VPN

I am setting up a VPN in my server running win 2003. How do I configure a client on a different network to connect to my domain/vpn network?
 
You gotta open ports, and use client software and then route them to the client/server machines on your network you want them to tunnel into.

In all honesty, logmein.com is easier and it all goes over port 443 which is standard open port.
 
I have 2 pcs on a different network that need to become an part of my domain. How do I make those PCs apart of my domain when they are not on my network?
 
No they are desktops on a different network that Id like to make a member on my domain here on my server on my network. I would like them to be a part of my current domain & active directory.
