Help with where to go with upgrade

Hi There,

I am new to computer building but I have a very basic understanding.
My actual question is what is the best thing to upgrade with my attached machine setup.

I was thinking graphics card but I am totally at a loss with this because there are so many at such variant prices. I am willing to pump quite a bit of money into it. I read the Super Fury X was a really good one and can get for about £450.00 but then a friend who knows a bit about computers said the rest of the machine might be underpowered and you won't actually get the maximum usage out of the card.

So please if there is any advice on what to upgrade next and which type to get it would be greatly appreciated.
Ideally I'd like to play games at 50-60FPS on ultra with maybe a few tweaks (I know I'm asking a lot of my machine).

Thanks very much in advance :)

GTX 1060 could be consider as it release 2 weeks later.

I don't know if you really have to spend £400 on GPU.

Edit: change the link of 3 pin fan adapter, posted the wrong item before

as beers said. those generic psu come with £30 case usually in poor quality.

A decent video card usually generate heat. i doubt if your existing 80mm fan exhaust is enough. i would generally allow min. 1 intake and 1 exhaust case fan. If you prepare to spend few hundred on video card, I don't think spending extra 10 on 2 case fan would be a problem.

Hi Everyone,

I have decided to go with the below I think I'm looking to place the order today.
I will get the fans separately, I am not sure yet how these are installed (newbie I know) same with the PSU but I am sure there are videos online I can have a look at.

With regards to the below will I need any additional cables and will my DVI monitor work without an adapter.

Thanks all the previous information its been very useful and prompted me to look into certain things I would have overlooked like the load of my PC etc.

The Aero has a terrible cooler on it. Get one with a backplate and a better cooler on it.

There is a single DVI-D output on the GTX 1070. You should be ok.

Hi Intel,

Thanks for the prompt response.
What would you recommend for about the same price range which would be better for cooling? There is so much conflicting information online its very confusing for a newbie like me!
