help with windows 8

hello folks.i do see multiple windows like a flash,of the device connected, whenever I connect a usb device to my workstation,running windows 8 pro.It keeps poping up like a flickering screen problem for some time until I remove the device.pls any corrective step to solve this problem is duely appreciated.
 
Either an infection, usb drive is bad or usb ports are messed up, I have not seen this bug in Windows 8 so I do not believe it to be the operating system without infection.
 
Does this occur on multiple Windows 8 Pro machines, or only one on specific machine? And you're saying it happens with multiple USB devices? Does it happen on any account, regardless of whether it's a standard domain user, domain admin, or local admin account?
