Help with Windows Xp pro error

Hi, I have a Samsung V25 laptop and over a month ago I re-installed Windows Xp Pro but I didn't have an activation code. By the time the new one arrived the 30 days had just gone passed. I put a new code in but every time I start it up, I get this message:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x0000000)
The system has been shutdown.

and it keeps restarting, can anyone help as I dont have any access to a Windows XP Pro disc.

that sounds like some sort of memory error. i believe you can enter the stop error code in somewhere on the windows support page and it'll tell you what the problem is
