hello,
i currently have my high speed modem in my basement along with a wireless router which gives excellent signal over my entire home....
i am wanting to connect a network/LAN device on the top floor of my home which needs internet access....this device is made to be used as a wired LAN connection and does not have wireless capabilities....
i do not want to run a cable because its very far and will look very messy....
how can i hook this device up wireless?....i was thinking about using another wireless router (connected to the device with a short cat 5 cable) in client mode to connect to the other router?....will this work?....or a wireless bridge or something else?....what would be the easiest and cheapest route?....powerline adapters seem very expensive
