For the second one, the motherboard has PCI - Express slots so in the future you just need to buy a PCI-Express video card and put it in, no biggy and people here can help you.

Looks like you just need, monitor mouse keyboard etc, also I didnt see that it came with an OS, do you have any like windows cd's etc?

yes you can give it a video card, any card using pci-express will work whether they use pci-e 2.0 or pci-e X16.
