help!!

Hello!
I have bought a notebook (fujitsu siemens). When i turn it on it says that the operation sistem was not found. In shop they said that the linux is installed. Then i called them and they said something about ubuntu i think. What should i do??

take it back, if not then reboot it yourself, but i mean they should do this for you. and what shop is this? did you buy this new or used? Is the shop trustable?
