help!

hey guys, just wondered if you had any ideas on this:

I can't run some software that I use to update a website (web to date 2.0) its been working fine for about 4 years until now.

when I try and open web to date a message comes up saying:

Kernel32 call does not point into KERNEL32.dll.
Virus or incompatible Systemanalyzer detected!

now i know its not a virus as ive ...done full scan comes up clean, and ive also downloaded a good registry mechanic that fixed like 400 errors but doesn't solve problem...

any ideas?

really hope somebody can help as I can't update our website without this software and i'm getting pretty desperate!

(P.S I tried to post something about this a few days ago and was astonished that the post was deleted and my account banned! If someone in charge of the forum could explain what that was all about please!)
 
As far as your account being banned, I don't know why.

What programs have you used to scan your system? Have you used Malwarebytes or Superantispyware? There are a lot of infections that can't be cleaned by tradtional virus programs like mcafee, nortons and others.
 
Hi John, thanks for the reply!

Ive used Spyware Doctor PC Tools to scan the entire hard drive which took hours. Then a friend recommended I use a registry scanner so I downloaded PC Tools registry mechanic. This found lots of errors but sadly nothing that fixed the problem with not being able to open web to date :s
 
If you haven't used malwarebytes, try that. And I really don't recommend using registry cleaners as those do more damage then good most of the time and come bundled with adware.

I google up the error and some guys
just needed to update theire Graphic drivers..
and others were saying that the setlers crack wasnt working anymore??!!...:confused:
Try to do that.
