Well i was wondering if a 600psu would be good enough to do auto voltges i will be having i5 760, P55A UD3, gtx 470, 4gb corsier 1600mhz

i'm going to say thats close but its always better to have a higher voltage psu then not having enough, i recomend using a psu voltage calculator its never good to guess the voltage u need

What are you talking about
PSU's are either mains voltage selectable or auto sensing, it's watts and more important amps that has to be determined.

Just make sure it's a quality brand.

Depends on the model. Corsair, Seasonic, Silverstone, XFX, Antec are what you want to stick to.
