Help?!

I am going to be building my own computer soon for a college project, however that is irrelevant. The computer i wish to build will mainly be for Gaming ;) and possibly for making music (FL Studio 12). The games I intend to run are The Elder Scrolls (Skyrim and Oblivion), Fallout (3, New Vegas & 4) and all of these games are potentially going to be heavily modded (Dying light may also be a game i will play... http://now.avg.com/the-ultimate-dying-light-performance-guide/ )

Can anyone suggest a build (UNDER £1500 or $2000!!!) that will allow me to play these games, possibly with ENBs, on high/ultra settings.

I have already found a few components i would like...

Case:

Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case

CPU:

Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

Video Card:

Asus GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Founders Edition Video Card

Motherboard:

Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

(Pssst... P.S. i would prefer the colour scheme to be Black & Red, and maybe grey in the case of the GTX 1070) ;)

I recommend MSI products for the red/black scheme because that seems to be their strongsuit.

If you're going all out and don't mind spending more, you'll get a lot better performance.

^Kinguin keys are not legit. Many people have had their key cancelled and have woken up to a Windows 10 installation that says "Your software is not genuine" along with all the fun stuff that comes with that. And no recourse. Pay the cost to be the boss dude.
