I need help does anyone know how to remove lop com off their system i have tried spybot,adaware to no avail can anyone help me its doing my head right in

do you mean that they dont find it, or they cant remove it? if they cant remove it, try booting in safe mode and running the scan. I would also try spysweeper.

Just go to www.lop.com and go down the page and click on their "Help" link. Under their question, "How do I uninstall one of your software products?" you will find a link to download a file called new_uninstall.exe save this to your desktop and exit your browser and simply click on the file.
