help!!!!

i just bought a new mobo and i am having so much trouble. its a GIGABYTE "GA-8TRS350MT" motherboard. and when itried to reload my os. some files didnt copy correctly. i had the same problem with the same chipset motherboard before. so i bought a new xp disk. then a disk cleaner. tried different hard drives. then different cd rom. cleared my bios but nothing works. i was wondering if it was a compatibility issue.

my specs are:
2ghz p4
1gb pc3200
120gb hdd ata133
80gb hdd ata133
8TRS350MT
9200 radeon
sound blaster live!

HELP!?!?!?!? :confused: :confused: :confused:
 
you're sure you wiped your drive correctly? i would try wiping it again, happened to me, and after i wdcleared it for a 2nd time it worked. might have skipped over sumthin and not noticed it. cd-drive could be to blame as well...like kof said.
 
didnt work

i have tried a differet cd-rom. and i have reformatted countless times. i have tried different hdd`s. different ide cables. different psu. i even got a new windows xp cd. help.... :confused: :confused: :confused:
