Okay, I am not very savvy when it comes to computers so I needa bit of help and may not know what ur talking about.
Basically, I need to create an online questionairre which I can send to people, but I need to be able to see each individuals answers. Does anyone know of any websites or any way that I am able to do this?

There are countless websites out there that offer free surveys or free 14 day trials for such things, searching for things like "questionaire" & "email" may give you a start.

Since you're in the UK (correct me if I'm wrong), you may feel more comfortable with a UK company, such as http://www.questform.co.uk/. It looks to be quite straight forward for a limited user such as yourself. Without trying it myself, I can't pretend to know how easy it actualy is. By loading the results into something like MS Excel (which they suggest), you'll be able to see what people have answered.

Whichever you go with, always read the terms and conditions of the website, so there's no surprises, and always let the participants know what you're going to do with their personal data.
