Help!!!!!!!

I have just finished building a new pc and found that one of my games wasnt working and so it was suggested that I update the drivers for my 8800gtx, so i have just done that and now it has rebooted my pc and windows wont load up before it says Out of Range on the screen?!!
I have been into safe mode to attempt to change the frequency in Display Settings (vista) but I cant see how??

Help:confused::eek:
 
Change the resolution and refresh rate by going into Control Panel > Personalization > Display ( got this from another site, as I don't own Vista.)
