if u change ur memory for 667mhz to 800mhz in your bios settings nd ur comp doesnt start up
what does it mean?
the memory sticks are broken or u have to change it bak?

anyways as for your question
it has not been broken, no, your ram doesn't support the speed you gave it or the mobo does not accept such speeds. change it back to defaults if so happens

If your memory was 800 before, it should be fine. If it was 667 stock and you put 800 it's like your trying to overclock your memory. Remove the Cmos battery to reset the Bios. After that you should be good to go.
