I could go amd 64 athlon 4000+, ASUS A8N-E mobo, Keep the ultra ram and 80 gb hdd, Buy a cheap pci GPU and get an nzxt apollo case or... wait a whole year and go for a core 2 duo, asus wifi, western digital 320gb, buy a ddr2 2gb ram and get an eVGA GeForce 7600GT with maybe the same case... to wait or not to wait,

side note : I noticed that the apollo door's are magnetized... magnets ruin computers, no?

Magnets only disrupt electronic signals if they can reach the board, however NZXT will obviuosly have put a layer to protect this, all you have to worry about is the magnets becoming live, but there will be steps to prevent this.

My doors have magnets. It causes no issues. 3 of my friends use the same case.

You could always sell your soul to the devil for a new computer.

I think I'd wait. I wouldn't buy a single core. I'd save up for the Dual whatever it will be when you get one.
