Nope, Id rather have a AMD, I mean Id really like to have a e6400, but Ill be fine with mine, besides it only scores 2 points higher in in fear on tomshardware

get a E6300 and a $160 mobo and you will have the same price

or get a E6300 and a $140 mobo and spring for a 320Gb HDD
