So...
My Ibm thinkpad T20 has a lot of things wrong with it.
Usually if its cold, it will turn on right away, I have tried several OS's on it, and it runs for 5-6 minutes, then completely locks up
right now I am running DSL linux simply because I do not have to install anything, I removed my HD, and the same stuff happens, so not that
there is 2 64mb RAM sticks, I think one of them may be bad, because it runs better with one of them
but it always powers on, and after the first time, the thinkpad screen shows %50 of the time, all the other times it just stays black, but you can here the system fans running and the CD-rom booting...
I know that is complicated, but if anybody can understand what im saying, what do you think the problem is here? RAM? I really have nothing else to point to, is it possible that both of the sticks are bad?
lol I just want to give this a go to see if I can get it running, and if I did, linux would be the OS, even just to have live linux running would be awesome
