Hesitation

No idea which forum to put this in, so I chose this one.

Anways, My pointer on my mouse is hesitatingas it goes across the screen. I changed out the batteries, rebooted, ran adaware and spybot. Only different thing I have done was change out the m/b & processor which made me change to a PCI Geforce 4000 and of course reinstalling windows but not reformating.

Any ideas on what is going on?

well if your batteries are new then usually lots of running processes can slow down the comp enough to make the mouse act funny.

It does it when I load a program or running diffrent progs
