......im just waiting for the case to arrive to put it all together!

POINT OF VIEW Geforce 6600gt 256mb gddr3
Hitachi 160gb SATA-2
Ben-Q DVD/R/RW
xblade case with 2 blue led fans
460watt PSU

Its my first build,,,,should be fairly good
 
it cost €953,,,so whatever that is in dollars,,,$1100 or summit like that. I had the money to spare,,,,and it woz driving me crazy not spending it, so i decided that i dont like my laptop anymore, which is not very good anyway,,,,,so built my own pc,,,,fingers crossed that it will work though!

:D well i had thought about dual core, but since all i will be doing is using internet explorer, the ocassional game of the original sims,and listening to a few songs, i think i have enough power for the moment.lol,besides,i can always ugrade if i need to.

you don't need a dual core, if it is a gaming machine. my friend has the 3700 and BF2 rips on it

You've not played SMT-optimized games then :) BF2 isnt the only game out there you know ;)
