Hi getting better pc because mine doesnt work help me

I Got a
MS Windows Home Basic 32-bit 894ram
AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3800+ 2.40Ghz
NVIDIA Geforce 6150SE

all i want is like those gaming stuff chips that go into my cp not a brand new cp
i would like to play games i know its not a gaming pc but my parents wont buy me a computer because they are having problems on the bills so yeah a range of
0-300$
Ill play games like Combat arms, and Call of duty 4
I want them to run at a 40-100fps so it runs smooth not laggy

You have a limited budget, I would recommend saving $600 or so and building an entire new computer (we can help with that) from scratch.

Even with $300 there's not a lot you can do with that system to make it game-able.
