Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Ok there it is, now I'd like to know, what upgrades would be good for $300-$400

New motherboard, processor, power supply and video card. What do you do with your computer? Do you play any type of demanding games?

What does he need new ram for? He already has 6gb of 1600mhz ram. And he'll only need a new key if he has the OEM version not the retail version.

Well, if he wants to run dual channel and use what he has (assuming he gets a 1155 board) he will need another module. Also, we're guessing at the status of Windows, but it should be highlighted in case he has to budget for it.
