i just bought a new comp lately and intended to join all tha hardware by myself
when everything was done and i wanted to install window this pop out

wat this mean can be hardware problems?

There probly something wrong with the CD check the back of it to see if thare mabe some damage to it /.if so u may have to get another copy

Also, check that you're memory isnt overclocked or in turbo mode heh. Simple way of doing that is resetting BIOS to defaults.
