For starters if we could get some details that would be useful. To answer your question as it stands though, your problem is with winlgn.exe .... cant be of much use without more details.
 
For starters, what kind of details do you need. I have a Win WP, I can't access any of my files, and i have a problem with winlgn.exe What's the problem
 
(i meant XP) You're not being too specific. Let's see, are you saying i have a problem with my hardware? I don't think it's spyware, so what's winlgn.exe
 
You should run AdAware or Spybot Search & Destroy or some spyware program to remove spyware and see if it does anything. Otherwise, winlgn.exe sounds like some login file for XP.

Prolly the same reason he got smart with me (especially when i was tryin to help heehee)
 
I would definitely say that this is a spyware-related problem, with my last computer, some trojan got in and started deleting system files. Download Adaware, it is better than Spyot, and download AVG from Grisoft, it is the best free antivirus program.
 
After you've followed the other guys' advice and cleaned off all your spyware, by all means switch to Mozilla Firefox and stop using Internet Explorer. Doing so is like standing in the middle of a ghetto and yelling racial slurs. You're just asking to get attacked.
