Well I have this old desktop that I still use, when it was new it had 60gb of hard drive memory, after restarting the pc somany times during the past years my memory is at 1.2 gb of free space and I don't have music or any other files in it. I have tried restarting the pc with the cd's instead of the normal setting of restarting. Is there any way that I can erase all these user acounts then restart it with the cd again??? so I can get memory back.
Thanks in advace.

Hard drive space doesn't get eaten up when you restart, you may have a lot of temp files that you can clean up though. Try Windows Disk Cleanup or another program like CCleaner.
