Is "Hide IP" a legitmate brand of software that will actually hide my ip from being monitored by my ISP?
Also I have Paretologic Privacy Control software. Two questions for that:
1) Is this a good program to run to clean up hidden internet cache data on my PC?
2) How often should I run it?
