Hide traffic from ISP??

Hi guys i have a limited traffic at 25GB a month and i usually make like 35GB. When i make more than 25GB my speed slows down from 6000kbs to 64 kbs.
Do u know how can i hide my trafic from my ISP i heard peoples using proxy to hide it but i'm not sure. Pls help is very appriciated
