Hiden Folder Help

My Friend has a problem and im really stuck and have no idea ..

he has just changed his PC to show hidden files and these are in my pictures folder, does anyone know what they are? because i dont?

he scanned them using avast, not viruses.

When he opens them they are fonts, Microsoft office themes files & setup information archives.

then theres really nothing to worry about.

hide them again, of if they have been extracted, delete them if its taking up space. although, do you know which are the setup information archives and which are not? which are which? did he open up every single one?
