So I was playing Counter Strike when I wanted to test my graphics card. I set every thing to ultra the most highest settings possible with in-game video menu. I was getting 200+ FPS then I set it I drop a lot. So I set it back to low and now I am at like 100?!?! I am on a PNY GTX 960. I have overclocked this thing too.

Do you remember what resolution you were running it at? I get around 200-250FPS maxed out in CSGO, and that's with a 980 Ti and i7 6700k both overclocked, but I'm running at 2560x1440 resolution.

This is why I would recommend that you run the 3DMark benchmark. Run this when your computer is not overclocked, then run it again after you overclock. It helps prove that it's stable, and gives you a number to compare to see how much of a gain you experience.
