Hey y'all, thanks for reading

I recently made a triple boot, xp vista and ubuntu, xp for gaming, vista for work, ubuntu for programming.

And with xp, i have serious framedrop compared to vista, i tried modern warfare 2 on both, in vista it was smoooooth, in xp it looked like 15fps. I think it's because of this:

That's in idle, and in the processes tab the highest cpu usage is 01, i don't know what's happening...

here are my specs:
Specs:
MS Windows XP Home 32-bit SP2 (busy updating to SP3)
MS Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit
Ubuntu (i'll give exact version later on request)
Processor: Intel Pentium E2140 @ 1.60GHz Conroe 65nm Technology
Ram: 2.0GB Single-Channel DDR2 @ 333MHz (5-5-5-15)
Mobo: Acer F672CR (Socket 775)
Hdds:
313GB Western Digital WDC WD3200AAJS-22RYA0 (IDE)

go to the processes tab and show processes from all users, click the cpu heading to arange in descending order of CPU usage, and look at what programs are using your CPU when you are "idle"

It's probably XP not likign your dual core too much. XP is outdated anyway... Having single channel memory doesn't help either.
